We are a farm located near the Mantiqueira Mountains. We occupy a rural area full of crystalline waters, fields, forests and animals. Our guest is welcomed as a friend and the cuisine served at the table is a true affective experience.

Our accommodations are distributed in: Headquarter's Suites, inside the main house. Backyard Suites, with private gardens and a modern environment. Pomar Suites, with ample space, office, fireplace, bath and garden. And Mountain's Houses, with contemporary architecture, two suites, living room, kitchen and a large deck overlooking the Mantiqueira Mountains.

Cuisine

Served in unusual places, our meals use fresh ingredients from the own farm and small producers in the region. Our seasonal cuisine dialogues with the cycle of the seasons and the traditional local procedures, revealing with simplicity, technique and sophistication, important cultural characteristics of our surroundings.

Sustainability Commitment

Fazenda Santa Vitória develops a series of actions focused at regional socioeconomic development. Our employees are residents of the surroundings as our extensive network of suppliers. Most of the fruits, vegetables and dairy products are produced by us. Big part of the electrical energy, which comes from our own solar panels.
